Pay Per Click marketing (PPC) is an extremely lucrative market to get into and there are many PPC marketers out there that are making millions of dollars a year with it. However, learning PPC can be quite a daunting task, especially for newbies. If you dont know what youre doing, you can lose a boatload of money in a short period of time. This is where PPC Coach comes in. PPC-Coach is a monthly subscription program that teaches you all the ins-and-outs of PPC. From keyword research, to landing page creation, youll be guided step by step by PPC coach and his many friends.
PPC Coach is a monthly subscription service. For $50 a month youll get access to the PPC-Coach membership site and one new method each month. When you first signup, you’ll get access to the Month 1 method. The method described will also include the exact merchant offer to use, although youll want to choose your own to avoid saturation.
At the time of this writing, there are 365 active members and almost 32,000 posts on the forums. The forums are quite active, and the members are very helpful. PPC-Coach himself answers questions on the forum, but there are also several other helpful members like like Harry1970 whos posts youll want to read as well. This is where youll get most of the value from your membership as you can ask any PPC related questions you want and get answers to them very quickly.
It’s never problem getting one of your landing pages reviewed by other members, or getting someone to take a look at your ad copy. There’s always someone on the forum that’s ready to help you out.
On the PPC Coach main page, you’ll have access to the videos. These videos are Camtasia screencasts created and narrated by PPC Coach himself. I really like the fact that Coach shows real life examples which he uses to explain the topic he’s describing. Most of the videos range from 15-20 minutes long, and they cover everything from keyword research, to creating landing pages, to using the PPC-Coach tools, and more.
The tools are another reason why PPC Coach is so valuable. Landing Site Generator is a php script that allows you to create landing pages for your campaigns almost automatically. All you need to do is tweak a few variables in the script and your landing page is ready to go. This is a really good way to get started with the Month 1 method.
I love the Content Network Generator which allows you to create your PPC campaigns in a flash. Also, the newly updated PPC Coach Tracker is a great tracking system. This script which you install on your own server provides offer rotation, landing page rotation, and the ability to see your best converting keywords. You’ll soon learn that testing your campaigns is a must to be successful at PPC.
One thing I do not particularly like about PPC Coach is the actual site itself. Its actually quite barebones and could be organized much better. Theres a lot of great information on the site, especially in the forums, and I wish the main site itself would make this information easier to find. As an example, the Quick Start Guide is not particularly helpful. I dont understand why it dont include links to some of the great posts on the forum in it.
Another downside I see is that there is no trial period for the service. If you dont like what PPC-Coach offers, then theres no way to get your money back. Fortunately, I think the quality of the PPC Coach service is good enough that youll probably not have to worry about this.
The PPC Coach membership is aimed more towards the novice PPC marketer. The month 1 methods aren’t really new as I’ve seen them described before on other sites. Experienced PPC marketers will still get a lot out of the PPC Coach tools, and of course there’s the great community.
Joining PPC coach is just the first step towards your own succeeding with PPC. You’ll learn the fundamentals of PPC and be provided the tools to help you start making money. PPC Coach won’t be holding your hand however. If you don’t ask any questions, then you won’t get any answers. To get the most out of your membership, you’ll need to become an active member of the community. If you’re looking for some guidance on how to get started with PPC, I think that PPC Coach is a great way to learn. If you take advantage of all the resources available on the site, you’ll be making money in no time.
